Stumbled across this interesting interesting video at HGTV today.

This house features lots of unique design elements and tons of glass. It features everything from pebble zen garden entry way enclosed in glass doors, to enormous glass windows all around the house. The homes center piece is definitely the glass walled bathroom located in the center of the house. Not content to have the more common glass shower door, the owner has elected to have the entire bathroom constructed of glass, and visible from every room in the house. While browsing for interesting glass themed design ideas today, we found a very cool article at over at home-designing.com. It focuses on large open rooms designed by Italian design firm Euromobile.

These large open rooms incorporate lots of glass, and in some very interesting ways. We see large open areas created by adding large glass doors as a divider between two rooms(pictured). This is an interesting concept that allows for privacy between two rooms, with added drapery, while still leaving the option for a large open space, via the glass door.

The Euromobile designs also feature large windows and light color schemes which really brighten up the room and create an illusion of depth. It even showcases an indoor greenhouse which is enclosed in glass doors, with a skylight.
